LEADING BETTER TOGETHER
This is a 6 session online workshop over the course of 6 weeks designed for both men and women who want to learn the art and skill of leading better together. We affectionally call it Gender Synergy: that unique benefit that comes when men and women appreciate each other's uniqueness and bring it together for a common goal. During this unique workshop you will learn valuable tools and skills to help men and women lead better together. Here are a few of the topics we will cover:
Understanding the unique differences between men and women
Utilizing the unique strengths that both men and women offer
Developing the skill of bringing out those strengths in one another
Knowing when to promote and submit to each other
Learning how to have a powerful, professional relationship that is mutually respectful
Space for this workshop is intentionally limited in order to provide an enjoyable, collaborative experience, so make sure you sign-up early. Workshop begins on April 9th, 2024 and continues every Tuesday evening at 6:30pm PST for 6 weeks. We will meet online via Zoom for 90 min. Your live online presence will be crucial to the overall experience, but sessions will also be recorded in case you have to miss.

MEN CHAMPIONING WOMEN LEADERS
For male leaders who want to understand how to live Gender Synergy in their home or workplace and learn the power of advocating for the female leaders around you. This is an opportunity to discover how to use your strengths and influence to advance women leaders in your organization. This sets you up to be the hero for your company or organization since those with strong female leaders deliver a 36% higher return on equity than companies only led by men.
LIKE MOTHER, LIKE DAUGHTERS
These monthly 2 hour sessions can either take place on site, at our Leadership Loft or on-line. The first hour is devoted to specialized leadership training especially designed for your organization. The second hour is devoted to problem solving pertinent issues your company is currently experiencing.
